County Judge at the Courthouse in Bryan, Texas, at 1Os00 o'clock a. m., on Saturday, February 11, 1950".

The purpose of this meeting was to further consider the bids submitted by local automobile and
truck dealers tabulated by the Court on February 10. After further discussion of the bids and proposal ;
made by the dealers as aforesaid, on motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court toted to purer '
chase the following equipment at the prices stated, ,thich were fou=nd to be the lowest and best bids for the

tires, dual horns, oil filter and overload springs, lees trade-in allowance far T

by Texas State Certificate of Title No. 5245831, for net difference and cash
