tadlousmaa of the listings ~nd oompl.loatad discounts offered by s number of bidders on
automobile tires end tubas, and the ~urther fast that some of the bidders did ncO furnish
th~ir list prises from which they offered to allow certain stated discounts to the County
on its purchases, 'ha was unable to comply with the Court's request for detailed tabulatiou
of the seTerel bids on tires end tubes. Whereupon, after discussion Of tho matter, a
