H~rt as Con- stable o~' ~ustice Precinct No. 7, Brazos County, ~exas, effective on Apri~ 1, 19~9. ' On :~otlon duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Cour~ voted to rescind its action taken on February ~4, 1949, in which it was voted to resel~ to the Company the t~o' electric pumps heretofore p~rohssed from the Wayna Pump Company of 5~10 Sunshine D~ive, Austin, Texas; In'view ~of the Court's announced intention of installing a~d using these pumps at the Brazos ~,Cou~ty ~hops, it was further voted to request the County Auditor to seo~e bids for the con- sideration of the next session of the Court for the purchase of t~o new 2,000 gallon under- ground storage tanks suitable for uae with the new electric delivery.pumps. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Cour~ voted to pay ell .bll~s whioh have been properly filed and approved and for which budgeted fVnds are available. Sheriff F. W. Hamilton appeared before the Court and stated that he is now or soon will be in need of the servloes of an additional Deputy Sheriff whom he thought could be employed for a salary at the rate of ~2,$10.00 per annum. The Court took this request under oonsideration and, before adjourning, concluded that in view of the fact that ~a oarren~ budget did not authorize or permit the employment of an ~dditional Deputy Sheriff, thin matter .should be deferred until a new bud6et l~ available. .
