It appearins to the Court that the foresmins bid of the First Nati .onal Bank of
Bryan was the only such bid submitted and that it was satisfactory and to the beet l~terest
of the County, on motion duly seconded and unaeimo~ly adopte~, the Court accepted such
and formally designated the First l/ational B~nk of Bryan, at Bryan, Texas, to be the official
cou~y depositary for all purposes for the forthdoming biennium.
Consequently to the acceptance of the fore. lng bid and ~hile the Court was stall
in session, Mr. Travis S. Bryan, Preaidnct of the First l~ational Bank of Bryan, appeared bec
fore the Court and submitted duly ezecuted contracts end pledge a~ranment~ naneseary and
~oper to qual~y the said bank as official depository for the period, which instruments were
duly appro~ ed in o~en Court and ordered transmitted respeotiYaly to the State Comptroller and
to the State Department of Education at Austin, Texas, for approval, as required by law, and
later return end record in the minutes of the Court.
At the suggestion of Commissioner Burlin and upon m~tion duly seconded and
mously adopted, the Court voted to give the rams of "Colson Road" to the heretofore
county public read in Commissioner's Precinct No. A, which rnne eastward from the Mo~ee Road
and le 50 ~aet wide and about 3500 feet in length.
On motion duly seconded and unanimo~ly adopted, the Court accepted and approved for
~ayment out of the Permanent Im.~rovementa Fund itemized bills for cement used for permanent
concrete flooring in the county ShOl~, as follows:

On mot~ on duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Cour~ voted to authorize the
County Clerk to record the p~t and dedlca~ion of Fuller'e Subdivie/on of a lo07-aore
of land in the ~ohn Austin Survey, Abstract No. 2, in Br. az~s County, Texas, aa submitted by
~o W. Fuller under date of ~anusry 17, 1~9; with the distinct stipulation, however, that
Brazes County shal 1 not thereby become liable for the construction or mein~enance of any
streets or reeds.
On motion duly accorded end umnimousiy adopted, the Court authorized payment fro~
the General Fund of $2~.00 to the Texas Rural Roads Aosootati on et 30/~ 'East Fifth Street,
Austin, Texas, for 1929 membership of the COunty in said AsSool~tAon and for the furtherance
of the cause of rural roads in Texas.
The Court received and comaidored the bound annual audit report of Brazes County
officers' accounts end fineness for the ~ar 19/,8, es submitted by County Auditor F.
