as sub~itted by Mr. d. Allen Myers of ~ryen, 'A'exas, for landsoepin8 and beautLfioatlon of the
Courthouse 8~unds. After full oona~deratton of all ~he fasters involved, as well as the
possible expense, the ~o~rt voted to indefinitely postpone notion on this matter, but asked
tM County ~udge ~o express eppree~ation to Mr. ~yers and thank him for his interest in the
~ tt er.
~flmmtn~dcmer Burlin offered the follow~n~ motion: That no bills or ob~t~ationo be
surreal du~ng the remainder of the salender year with the expectation of paying them out of
the 19~9 budget. ~ne foregoing motion was seconded by C~-tss~oaer ul~do d. Portorfleld and
thereafter was adep~ed by affirmative votes of ~om~issic~ars Burlin end Porterfiald end
~ounty dud~o Ware, with ~om~ssicner Bur~haltor voting present, and ~o~485ionor Conrad
vo~l n~ no.
On motion duly seconded end ~n~n~noualy adopted, the Court voted to pay all bills ~hic~
have been propsrl~ filed end approved end for which badgered funds are evuiloh~e.
