In view of the emergencies existin~ with reference to tho. c~unty roads because of
the extended cold and rainy weather and of the in81etent demands of a rather lar~o de-
legation of interested citizens and tax payers.£rom several different commissi~ner8*. '';

th~. $2,100.00 set aside in tbs 19~ tioad and Bridge bud§et as a reserve for emergen~eo,
in 'an effort to alleviate count7 road conditions now existing.in Precinct No. ~.
Whereupon after a motion was made, duly seconded and adopted unanimously, the Court '
voted to allocate to Precinct No. 6 the following item in the 19~8 Road and Bridge
~udget, which will not in any way increase the overall budget:
#Reserved for emergencies $2100 00".
