B. DARLINg, SUBDMSION, a subdivision of a part of a 10-74/100 acre tract of land in the Stephen F. Austin League I~o. 10, Brazos County, Texas, as submitted by R. B. Darl,ing and wife, Annie M. Darling, under date of ~anuary 12, 1948; with the distinct stipulation, however, that Brazos County shall not thereby become liable for the construction or maintenance of any streets or roads. On motion duly seconded and adop.ted by a vote of tour to one, with affirmative votes of County ~ud~e Ware and Commissioners Burkhalter, Porterfleld, and Burlin, and negative vote of Commissioner Conrad, the Court voted that the County offer ,for sale the two ~alioll motor graders, Model No. 101, for the highest cash prises obtainable, and that ~he proceeds from such sale be placed in the Road Machinery Fund; and instructed the County Auditor to adver- tise these machines for public sale for sash upon bids to be received by the Commissioners' Court at the regular l~ebruary meeting, which ie February 9, 19~8, and according to the fol- lowing notice: 'NOT~CE OF..~ALE OF USED ROAD MACRZN~Y The Commissi~oners' Court of ~razos County, Texas, will receive bide up to ten o'clock a'; m., on Monday, February 9, 19~8, for the sale of used read machinery designated as follows: Two Model No. 101 Gallon hydraulic power controlled motor graders, in fair-to-good condition.
