' the Central Texas Auto-~rdware Company of Bryan, Texas, for immediate delivery, and pay-
ment therefor to be made after January l, 19~8, without interest or other carrying
~.. charges, the following specified truck delivered at the quoted price, excepted for such
increase as may b · occasioned by larger tires than are herein specified:
- One new International 1-1/2 ton capacity truck, equipped with one
Hercules hydraulic controlled dump body, with dual exle and
equipped with oversize tires, size 8.25 x 20, delivered at
Bryan, Texas, ready to use, including Texas State Certificate of
Title, for .... , ..........................
~t was further unanimously voted by the Court to allocate the above
mentioned truck to Precinct No. 3, of-which Clyde J. Porterfield is Commissioner.
,., On motion ~ly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to poblicly
advertise for bids on two motor graders using diesel fuel and of not less than 75
hourse power, and specified that bids thereon should be r eceived by the Court until
"ten o'clock a.m. on ~4onday, December 15, 19~7, with the understanding that the County
., *, would reserve the usual rights of rejection of any or all bids, and further prescribed'
that the following notice be inserted in the local daily newspaper for threeconsecutive
'weeks:
