undsrstandin~ and a~reement that the Road and Bridge Fund would be rehnbursed to the exten~

then contained only 81 names w~toh mado it insufficient under the terms of tho law as speo-
iliad in Article 69f~, of tho Rovised Civil 8tntutos of Texas, as a~ended; and with reference
to the petition ort~i~ally oontainin6 the names of 62 freeholders who desired an olection to
determine whether or not ho~s, sheep and ~oats should be permitted to run at lar~e within
Brazes County, it was found and declared that 19 of the oritinal sitnera have withdrawn thei~
names therefrom, thus leavint tho petition before the Court with only ~ names thereon, whiQh
