office of the County ~udge at the Oo.uA'.thousa in BI-yen, Texan, on Monday, ~ne 2, 1957,' with~

Saturday, May 31, by the duly qualified voters who are ~eeident property tax-pay'ln~ eiti~en~
of Brazes County Common School District We. 17, Rye-~tabler, for inoreaein~ the levy of local
school maintenance tax in said district, all an more fully set up and provided in proper
orders heretofore issued by the County ~u~e of Brazen County. Whereupon, such ~anvass of
the returns was ~ulymade and from which the Court found and ~eclered that at sai~ election
a total of ~0 votes were east aB follows:
FOR lnoreasin8 the levy of local school maintenance tax from twenty (20~) .'
cents to seventy-five (7~) cents on the $100.00 valuation of taxable
property within Brazes County Con,non 5chool District No. 17, Rye-Stabler.. 32 votes
