On motion duly sooonded and unanimously adopted, the C~rt voted to not allow tho moving of any house or any structure along any county road without a permit therefor, granted by the Commissioners' Court in advanoo. The County Commissioners called attention to tho faot that thoro are reourring vio- lations of law with referenoe to dumping of trash and other rubbish in county roads, and also by removal of dirt and sand from tho rights-of-way. ~nasmuoh as such acts are p~ohibit~ by law and persons found guilty are subJost to rather stiff fines, tho members of the Court called upon the County Attorney and tho Sheriff to oooperate with them in the enforcement of those laws. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted to pay all bills whtoh, have been filed and properly approved and for which budgeted funds are available. The Court constituted itself into a Board of Equalization for the County and each member took the prescribed statutory oath and agreed to go into session as the Brazes County 8oar~ of Equalization and to work continuously as such until its work shall have been som- p~eted for the yearj Whereupon the Court recessed.
