the District uourtroom of tho Brazes County Courthouse at Bryan, Texas, at 10:00 a.m.,
august 16, 19&6, with the following present:

The purpose of this special meetin8 ~us to hold public hearinss upon the Brazes County
budget proposed for the year 19&7, as'subm~tted to the Court by the County ~udEe on ~uly
19~6, and aocordin~ ~o notloes of hearing thereon as fixed by the Court on July 22,
',::1,9&6, and which notices have heretofore been published for three consecutive weeks Xn both
