J. Vitopil, County Aocountatl dated July 18, 1946, to the effect that all official accounts of Mr. I. M. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to authorize the County Clerk to record the plat and dedication of LOPEZ SUBDIVISION of a 19.5-acre tract of land out of the s. F. Austin Lee Brazos Count Texas submitted b League No. 9, y, , by R Cliff M. Lopez and wife, Louise Lopez, under date of August 10, 1946, with the distinct .~'stipulation, however, that Brazos county shall not thereby became liable for the con- ` struotion or maintenance of any streets or roads. This road is situated in the Crawford Burnett survey, Abstract No. 7, Brazos County,Texas, and extends from zt Old Highway No. 6, ' t BEGINNING at the westerly corner of the J. J.
