SchovaJsa for g~pointment by the Court to this office. The Court received this report and advised the m~nbsrs of the tom, tree that it would consider the information as indoreeme~t by tho local Post bf ~r. SehovaJsa, but that under the law, any appointment could be made only after the presentation to the' Court of a certificate of eligibility from the Texas Department of the American Legion.
