Bridge Fund0 for the remainder of the calendar year; and st tho rate of S~,000.00 per annum
effeotive from ~anuary 1, 1946, and to put into ~mm~diato operation tho county unit syste~
of road mainte~nco and oonstruotion as heretofore agreed upon.
