Mr. l~ensarling agreed to reconstruct his fence and to remove the gate from the road , ~, and this a~rantement was satisfactory to Mr. Mike and met with the qpproval of the Court. g " Mr; I. M. Weedon, Tax Assessor-Collector of Brazes County came before the Court and reported, the resignation of Mr. J. M.
