question was set for 9:00 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 19&~, in order to ells'rd'both tho ,con-
testants and the persons ~ho acted aa election officials to be held in the mat~er.
Subsequently to adjournment of the Court, Mr. Walter I. Lawless aa spoke, amen for his
dele~ation, officially notified the County ~ud~e that they did not desire to,continue ~heir
protests or contest of the Kurten election and requested that no further attention be Alven
the matter,
