The eohditions of the above contract are such that, whereas, the above bounden pledgor
TH~ FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BRYAN was on the 12 day of February, A.D. 19~, duly and
legally chosen by the Commissioners' Court of Brazes County,Texas, as County Deposigo~y
flor enid county for a period of two years ending sixty days from the t~me fixed by law
for the next selection of a depository, upon its bidding end agreeing to pay the county
of Brazes interest on Prime deposits" on daily balances kept 1n said depository of said
County of Brazes at the rate of one per cent per annum, said interest l~Yeble monthly.'
NOW, TH.~REFORE, if the s~ove bounden pledgor TH~ F~STNATIONAL BAE~0F BRYAN
shell faithffully do and perform all the duties and obligations dev~tting on it by law aa
county depository of Brazes County, and shell upon present~tion pay cheeks drawn on
it by the County treasurer of Brazes County,Texas; on "deemed deposits" accounts tn
such depository; end ell checks drawn upon any "time deposit" account upon presentation,
after ~he expiration of the period of notice required in the ossa of "time depoeitep"
end shell faithfully keep said county funds, and scooant flor same according to law~ and
shall faith~ully keep and account flor all funds belonging to the county which are
posited with ~t under the requirements of Article 2~7, Vernon'e Annotated Civil Statutes
and ~hsll include State funds collected by the tax collector, and shell l~y the interest
et the time and at the rate hereinbefore attpule~ed on "time deposits"; and shall, at
the expLretion off the term for which it has been chosen, turn over to its successor
the ~unds, property, and other things of value, coming leto its hands ss depository,
