The Court took oo~nizanee of the fast that no protest had been made as to allowanoee
of ex-officio salaries heretofore,voted to the ~usttoe of the Pease and the Constable of
Precinct No. 4, of Brazes County,Texas, and.set for publis hearing at 10:00 a.m., on
Saturday, 2anuary 20, 19/,5. Whereupon s motion was unanimously adopted --king final the
allowances of salaries to these precinct officers ,as tentatively fixed by the 0curt on ~anua~
At the request of the County Clerk and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously ads,ted¶
the Court voted to fix the salsify of Eva Wilds Wilson, Deputy County Clerk, at $125.00 per
month, effective from February 1, 1945.
Upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court authorized the payment
of the item of $20.00 from the Oeneral Fund for ten subsorlptiona to the County Officer
magazine, the official publication of ~he National Association of County Officials, and diree,
ted tha~ these magazines be mailed to the ten elected county officers: all as shown by
verified stete~ent filed with the Clerk of the Court.
