County and precinct officers' reports of fees collected for tho month of December, 191&, and duplicate receipts showing remittances to the County. The Court received and approved official bonds as submitted by the following- named precinct officers who had thereto,ore been n and'assumed ~elr official duties: ~ohn S. ~oyder, 3ustloe of the Pease, Precinct No. 7, Wellborn, Texasl Rosa Berm, no, Constable of Precinct No. 8, at Steele'a Store, Texas. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted it was voted to rent for ~he calendar year of 1915 to Mr. E. E. Y~.ager of Bryan, Texas, for agricultural and pasture purposes only, ~he unused portion of the Brazes County Farm for $35.00 sash for the year, payable in advance; and the Court aokncwledged receipt of this payment for the form of a check which was delivered to the Courty Treasurer for credit to the Brazes County Road and Bridge Fund. Upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted it was voted to allow ex-officio salaries to the named precinct officers as follows: ~ustice of the Peace, Precinct No. ~ at Bryan, ........ $600.00 0onstabls of Precinct No. 6 at Bryan ............. ~600.00, to be paid from the General Fund; and public hearing on these two items is hereby set for ten o'clock a.m., Saturday, ~anuary 20, 19~5. It is specifically direotea, however, that the County Clerk or disbursing officer of the County s~all make, no payment of ex-officio salaries for a given month until or unless the necessary monthly report or fees for the preceding calendar month ~s been filed for the attention of the Commissioners, Oourt.
