!',; '~ 'way purposed in accordance with deed dated May 5, 1911, and on this day submitted to the
Court; and furthe'r authorizing Commissioners Denforth and cunningham to uae such
right-of-way for the construction of an auxiliary County roqd approximately
feet long, leading from State Highway No. 21 near Still Creek to lntereaeot the old
'Bryan-Pitts Bridge County Road, with the understanding that the nominal expense thereby
'Incurred shall be borne by Precincts No. ~ and &.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to enter into
a contract with the Brazoa County AAA authorities whereby surface water storage tank
excavating and bulldln~ would be done for officially established rates of pay to
the County ami upon priority and location lists furnished by AAA County authorities.
In order to carry out the provi~ions of this hndertakin~ andfor the convenience of ·
Brazed County, the County Aoo~ount~nt was authorized end directed to establish a new
fund and account to be designated es follows: 'AAA Contrast Account ~. The Accountant
was directed to charge this account with th~ dirt-moving eq~ipment purchased on April
26, 191~&, and to hereafter charge it, ~it~ s~oh expense as 'may be incurred in that
