of $250°00 from the Oensral Fund for the purpose of providl~ an additio~al $25°00 per

D° Io Duley, County A~ent of Brazes County,Texas, thus fixi~ his salary at the late
of $17~0.00 per annu~ rather than at the rate of $11~0°00 par annu~ heretofore provided°
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it w~s voted to annull and.with-
draw the appropriation of $750°00 rode to the Brazes County Health Unit on June
end in lieu thereof, to appropriate from the Per~snent I~prove~ents Fund the au~ of.
$800°00 to be used as the purchase price to be paid to llrs. llattie Tabor (F.Wo) MsLly
for two acres of land out of the S.F°iustin League No. 10, Abstract No° 63,- near the
northern edge of the City of Bryan, off the north side of the l~lly tract, frontl~, ,
approximately 75 varas on the east side of State Highway No. 6 and runnin~-hack app'ro-
xi~tely 150 yarns from said highway; with the distince understandin~, however, that
the two acres will be actually surveyed and the deed of conveyance will described, the
land by metes and bounds, and with ~he further proviso that the title shall be vested
in the County ~ud~e of Brazes County,Texas, and his successors in office in trust, for
~he use and benefit of the Brazes County Health Unit.
The Court received a dele~ation consistin~ of Er. T~n Wnr~ha~; of the County
A~ricultural Adjustment A~miniatration A~ent, and Messrs. J. H. Weds, J. N. Harrison,
E. E. Allen, and W. T. Kelley, who asked that the County provide terraoin~ service to
farmers and stock, eh who ~t~ht qualify under the 19&& A~rioulturel Adjustment Achninta-
trstion prozram. After detailed discussion of the ~atter the Court unaniaously as-
sured these ~entlemen that full cooperation would be ~lven if the necessary emohinery '
and equipment could be procured; and it wes a~reed that the equipment required would be
,, as follows:
