The Com~issioners' Court took co6nizanoe of bills for terracin6 and work ~d~ich were owin~ by Beverly Estates Corporation, of College Station, Texas, the College l~ills F. stataa, of College Station,Texas, amounting to ~83°80 and $3~}.0~ respectively. Whereupon by motion duly seconded and unanimously ado'pta~, it voted by the Court that itemized bills be furnished these corporations with request that e~rly p~yment be made. On motion duly seconded end unan~usly adopted, ~t was voted to pay the fol- lowin~ bills out of the ~ced and Bridge Fund as a ~atter of equity and In lieu of the ~bllity to buy new equipment and maohine~y which is badly needed for county-wide purposes: EoArthur Weldl~ and Press Company, Houston, Texas, for lte~zed repairs and re- placements on Caterpillar ~ tractor, Serial No. ~F.I~, (Precinct 2), amounting to $1,02~.~8; ~fcArthur Weldin~ and Press Company, Houston, Texas, for ite~ized repairs end replacements on NDIO (Allis-Chalmera) tractor, Precinct ], amountl~ to $1,212.00; R.
