Dollars ($]996.00) established by the Court at its meettn8 on Ssnua'ry 6, 19&&. ss
to the County, and that thts settlement in cash had been delivered to the County
Treasurer and by him deposited tn the Brezos County Depository, The First National Bank
of Bryan; end Treasurer's Receipt No.&~9~ dated January 10, 19&&, end ~redlted to the
Road and Brtd~e Fund.
