On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted to accept end approve
as submitted the following reports: ,

· On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court received and approved

officers reports for the month of November, 1923, with duplicate receipts attaohe~
',showing remittances to the County Treasurer, as follows~ to-wit:

The Court received the followi~ communication from
Mr. ¥. C.McDonsld, of Normangee, Texas, which has reference to a small triangular
tract of land lying alongside the Edge-Tabor Public Road south of Cedar Creek;

Upon motion duly seconded-and unanimously adopted, it was voted to reject the

p~t of $15.~2, of accrued penaltie4 and interest charged to 101 acres of land in the
Perry Survey, Abstract ~o.-~, accruing because of unpaid taxes for the years 1~31
and 1932, end whioh~land now appears of record In t~e 4ama. of Aubrey Tobias'.
, On' motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to instruct the
Tax Assessor-Collector to send. out.notices of all t~xea now appearing on the roll~ as
being unpaid And delinquent, and to insist upon prompt payment of al~ taxes owing, ..
