The Court received, approved, and filed official reports as follows:
Brazes 0ounty Welfare Board, by Mrs. ~. L. Brock, Chairman, for t'he months of ~ly
and August, 1923;
Brazes County Health Unit, for the month of August,
Miss Myrna Holman, Brazes County Home Demonstration Agent, for the month of August;
'E. O. Pace, Negro Oounty Agent for the month of August.
· County and precinct officers' official reports of fees collected and remitted durln~
the month of August, 1923, to the County Treasurer, as shown by duplicate receipts attached
were received and approveP, es follows:

On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted to accept an appro-
priate ~e rom Will Locke for one-half acre of land to bo used as a site for a livestock
di I vat'
pp ng a in Precinct No. 2 near Tabor, an~ to authorize Commissioner Rychlik to furnish
the materials necessary for the repair and re-conditioning of the vat now on said site
and for the construction of t~ necessary chutes and pens.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted it was voted to allot $200.00 from"
the Road and Bridge Fund for repairs and additions to river bridges on the Long Trestle
County road crossing the liavasota River; it being understood that this $200.00 is in
lieu of and includes $300.00 heretofore allotted for this purpose.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted it was voted to reimburse Precinct
from Permanent Improvements Fund to the amount of $51.80 for expenses incurred in making
necessary repairs to the house on the County Farm which is temporarily assigned for use aa
a detention ~ard for kenereal diseases.
Commissioner Burkhalter submitted an itemized bill to O. 8. Parker Lumber Companr'
for $~.62 for materials used in coustruc~lon

dipping
vat
near
Rook
Prairie
in
Precinct No. 1, and on motion dul~ seconded a~ unanimous, ly adopted, it was voted to
this item out,of the Permanent Improvements Fund.'
