Whereupon it was further noted that Mls.s Myrna Holman has been by the Extension au-
thorities installed aa County Hom~ Demonstration Agent fo~ Brazes County and approval
was given to the payment of the salary heretofore set up in the budget for this worker.
On motion duly neoondsd and unantmously voted, the Court adopted the following re-
solution:
'WHERFAS on May 21, 19/~, Charles Marks of Brazes County, Texas, did execute and
deliver to Bra--os County,Texas, through its County ;ud~e, an easement to one-acre of land
· in the dohn Williams Survey, Abstract No. 2~7, in said County and 5tats, upon condition
that a public livestocM dipping vat, with the necessary pens and chutes, be mai~tained
thereon for the uss and benefi~ of the public; which said instrument ia duly recorded tn
Volume 11~, page 1~2, of the Deed Records of Brazes County,Texas; and
WHEREAS Brazes County has not in fact constructed or developed on said land audh,
livestock dipping vat and related facilities and it is not planned to do so, and one of
the conditions of said conveyance is that in the event of the non-use of said site by
Brazes County for such purposes, then the said easement shall be of no further force and
affect and the land shall revert to the rightful owner or owners thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED ~[AT THE CommAssionera' Court of Brazes County,Texas~
in session on this the l/~th day of ~une 19~3, does hereby formally declare it to be the
policy of Brazes County, Texas, not to establish or maintain such a livestock dipping
vat and to formally and conclusively abandon the said described land and premises as a
for such purposes, and further be it resolved that the adoption of this resolution and its!
recording shall be ~prrpa~ not&ce and evidence of such abandonment of said site by Brazes
County,Texas, and the relinquishment of any and all rights in and to said land whiah
might have been passed by virtue of the execution and delivery of the easement aforeseid.*~

mainder of the Old San Antonio Road in Mrazos County,Texas, to be delivered at the Brazes
County Shops near Bryan, as followe~

By motion duly seconded and unanimously app.rov~ed, it was voted that the Court pur-
chase from D. E. Watson of Bryan, Texas, one used 19~2 model Ford 2-ton dump truck,
Motor No.9~,eq~pped with hyd~aulic control gravel dump-body co,plate, with cer-
tificate of title showing ownership in ~razos County, delivered at v~13~0.O0; to 'be paid
for out of the Head and Bridge F~nd.
In view of the extreme difficulty experienced in maintaining County road equipment
and trucks in proper working Order, it was voted unanimously by the Court to authorize.th~
overhauling and repaLr of all County trucks at theearliea possible moment as oirsumstande~
require, and to pay this expense out of the Road end Bridge Fund.
Having heard all tax-payers who appeared upon s,,,,,ans es well as those who same
voluntarily, and having considered all the claims and reasons advanced by them, and havl~
passed upon all the rolls presented by the Tax Assessor-Collector; end having vota~
to fix all the values aa shown by the said rolls and the foregoing minutes, the Comml?sio~ere~
