quisition of R,W.O, on State H~hwaFs, end that the R.0._W. percentage of participation bo

We, the undersigned citizens who live on or o~n land near that portion of the

sure proper deeds to the land for the right-of-way of said road° As soon ns the 8tat® -

petition and forwar~ it to the State Highway Department, through Mr° George ~o C~rr®tt
Divialon Zngineer at Bryan, Texas; thereafter to do what may be possible to ~xpadite
the opening and improvement of the specified section of the Old 8an Antonio Road.
On motion, duly ascended and adopted, the Court ratified the action of the County
~u4ge taken on December 2, 1941, in notifying the American Indemnity Company of
Texas, through R.C°Frenks, Local Agent, of Bryan, Texan, of the indebtedness of
,, $2}2o~6 owing Brazes County by Mr° ~. Frank Worsham, former ~ounty Clerk, and in maki~
:formal demand of said company, aa surety, for the payment of said sum. This action of
