On motion, duly ascended and adopted, the Court ratified the action of the County ~u4ge taken on December 2, 1941, in notifying the American Indemnity Company of Texas, through R.C°Frenks, Local Agent, of Bryan, Texan, of the indebtedness of ,, $2}2o~6 owing Brazes County by Mr° ~. Frank Worsham, former ~ounty Clerk, and in maki~ :formal demand of said company, aa surety, for the payment of said sum.
