PETITIOI~ FOR I~IOHBORH00D PUBLIC ROAD Coznmissioner's Court of Brazes County, Texas: PIease take notice that I the undersigned, T.H.Holidy, a resident property tax payi~ citizen of Brazes County, Texas, do hereby respectfully petition said court for a public neighborhood road not less than fifteen (15) feet wide let-out from the 01d San An~onio '- Road to my farm, 97} acres, more or less, in the T. '~. Blakey Survey in Brazes County, .. and along the foil=ring described points: A strip not less than fifteen [1~} feet wide ~J,0 yarns long, thereby taken off the 2~E side of the S.F. Holidy 50 acre ~ract of land in 'said T.W.Blakey Survey and ru~-~ng from the said Old San Antonio Road to my 97~ ~cre trast of land in said Survey. The reason f~r this application for such public neighborhood road is that my farm is wholly enclosed by the lands of other people, and I have no outlet to a public road, and therefore, I am personally unable to get to my farm during wet weather except by walking or horseback, and I desire a roadway which may be used for various and other purposes.
