'~. Blakey Survey in Brazes County, .. and along the foil=ring described points: A strip not less than fifteen [1~} feet wide ~J,0 yarns long, thereby taken off the 2~E side of the S.F. Holidy 50 acre ~ract of land in 'said T.W.Blakey Survey and ru~-~ng from the said Old San Antonio Road to my 97~ ~cre trast of land in said Survey. The reason f~r this application for such public neighborhood road is that my farm is wholly enclosed by the lands of other people, and I have no outlet to a public road, and therefore, I am personally unable to get to my farm during wet weather except by walking or horseback, and I desire a roadway which may be used for various and other purposes.
