Said bonds to be issued upon the faith and credit of same Smetana Common School

i .. It is ordered by the ¢o.~nissioners' Court of Brazes County that the sum of ($1380.00)
· ThArteen Hundred Eighty Dollars be appropriated and ~the same is hereby appropriated out
of the funds of the County to be used as part salary for a County Home Demonstration
';'- Agent, to be assigned to work in this county by the Extension Service of the Agricultural
and ~eehanical College of Texas.
· . This appropriation shall become available on January 1, 1941, or as sobs thereafter
as the Extension Service of the A. end M~ College.of Texss shall place an agent in nai~
County for duty, and shall be paid out in monthly installments to said agent upon written
,, order duly signed by an authorized representative of said Extension Service.
This appropriation shall be continuous amuually until the C~m~!ssioners' Cou~t of
. the Extension Service of the A. and M. College of Tex~s shall decide to discontinue same,
· t and the order of discontinu~nce shall be passed on&y d~ring the month of July (budget time'.
"' which time will be hear the close of the season and the year~s worE. Otherwise this order
'~ and agreement shall remain in effect from year to year. The Commissioners' Court o~ the
! Extension Service of toe A. and M. College of Texas shall give ~otice in writing to
the other cooperating agency at least thirty days prior to any official action pertain-
ing to the discontinuance of the wark in the county and set a date for a Joint hearing.
Ia the event the ~rk is discontinued, the order shall not be effective until thirty
days after the date of its passage.
,. Whereupon, the Court finally adjourned for the November Term.
