legs Station, and which said landa are now bel~ devoted to nir-f~eld and related uses

~HEREAs,The relocated portio, n of said road will be only a nominal distance longer
than the present route and after improvement of such newly located roadway the relocation
will be much more desirable and convenient so far as maintenance is concerned than the

WHEREAS, Such relocation of such per, ion of such road is amply provided for under the laws
of Texas as shown in Article 6703 of the Texas Revised Olvll State's , et. seq.,,all of
