Agent° On motion seconded and duly adopted it was voted to allot to R/~/ Fu~d to the follc~., ng precincts for new r. oadway fencing as below: Vreo° 2 for $~00o00 on new 2t ~le road to be expended by the conmissioners concerned. A~t further came on to be considered the matte~ of of canvassing the results, returned. l~to court on this date, of an election held in ~onnnon ~chool District No. 15, at Brazes County, Texas/in accordance with order o£ the ~f this Court; which election was ,held at Edge, Texas, on Saturday, February 10, 1950, and upon canvassing said returns, it was fsund that in favor of issuing ~6000.00 in bonds in accordance ~ith the order, there were cast 69 votes; and a~ainst issuing said bonds and levying the ts4 in p ,a~n. ant thereof were castt 3 votes~ oK a majority of 66 votes in favor of issuing said bonds and ing the tax in payment thereof; and this result be and ib hereby is found and declared; -'~ll as more full'y set out in order herewith filed in extension : ORDER DECLARING RESULT OF On this the 12th day of February, A.D. 1940, there came on to be considered by the Oonznis~loners Court, of Brazes County, Texas, meeting in regular monthly session, the turns of an election held on the 10th day of February, 1~40, in Edge Oo,~,on School District "No. 1/,, in this County, upon the question of issuing not exceeding $6000.00 of schoolhouse bonds fcr said District, maturing serially in one to twenty years fr~n date of issuance, wit option of redemption after ten years; to mature $200.00 per year for first seven years; $300.00 per year for next seven years; then $400.00 per year for five years; and , for the 20th and fl'hal year. Said bones to bear not more than five per cent interest par annum, and levying a tax of 50~ on the ~100.00 valuation for the payment of said bonds, that is, to pay the current interest bn said bonds and provide a sinking fund sufficient to pay the principal at maturity. 5t And it appearing *returns were duly and that said election was in all respects legally held and that said legally made and there were cast at said election 72 votes of ' which number three were cast: For the issuance of bonds and the levyin~ of the tax Xn payment t~ereof:69 votes'.' Whereupon the Court recessed to meet again Monday February 27; at 9:00 a.m. February 26, 1940.. The Court met in Renessed ,meeting with Judge A. S. W~re, C. M. Graham, J. A.
