Chancy, against the closing of a road from the old Higgins Farm ~to the A. B. Oandy property, in Precinct No. 1, known as the old ~ock Prairie-Wellborn road. -~lnoa the court had receive~ no petition lcthis matter for the closing of auch road, this protest was filed without further action for.thepresent time. The court received and listened to a delegation of ladies from the Harvey C~mmunity, for the improvement by graveling or otherwise, of their local roads.
