Texas, to determine whether a majority of the le6aLty qualified property ~ax-pa.yin~ voters
of said district who own taxable property in said district and who have duly render'ed [the

whether the present common school tax of One Dollar {$1.00) on each One Hundred Dollars
{%100.001 valuation of all taxable property within said District Number 8§ shall be reduced
to Sixty Cents (60~) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.O0]valuation of all taxable property
