COUNTY OF BRAZOS ! Notice is hereby givsa that an election will be held on the 16th
day of Ostober, 19~?, at Wocdville School ttousa in Co~on School District No. 11,
of this County to determine whether a majority of the legally qualified property taxi
paying vote s of said district ~o own taxable px~perty in said district and who .have
duly rendered the same for taxation, desire'to ta~ themselves for the purpose of.
supplem~tin~ the State School Fund apportioned to said district and to d~termin~ w~ethsr
the Commissioners Court of this County shall be authorized to levy, assess and collect
annually a tax of and at the rate of thirty five (3~) cents on the $100.00 valuation of
tazable property in said district far said purpose; that is, thLrty five (3~
cants in addition to the present regular maintenance tax of fifteen (15~ cents now being
levied in said district, makin~ a total of fifty ~0~ cants on the $100.00 validation of
taxable property in said district.
M. T. ~ones, Newton Burlin and Chas. Patranella have been appointed ~udge and clerks
for said election ~d they shall within five days after said election has been held make
'a due return thereof to the Co~nissioners Court of this County as is required by law for
holding a general election.
