TO the Honorable Commissioners' Court of
Brazes County, Texas;
We, the undersigned citizens, free-holders, residing in the precincts through"
which the following described proposed road will run, pray that a public road of
&eoond class, 40 feet in width, be established in said County, having its points of ,;.'

1.) To continue Welsh Avenue straight into ~ngua Street, thus givin~ to the X.
property a triangular plot of land described as follows: Beginning at the lntereaotion of
a' continuation of the' North ~est line of ~elsh Avenue with the South East line of
~treet thence N 54° 15' E 58 ft., thenc'a S 26° E 115 ft., thence N 55° 45' W 100 ft. to
the place of beginnin~; and to give ~o the road system of College Park e triangular plot
of land out o~ Lots One and two of Block four described as follows: Beginning at the in-
tersection of a continu~tion of the South ;;est line of ~Velsh ~venue with the ~outh East
line of Angus Street Thence N 34° 15' E ~2.5 ft., thence S 86° E 187 ft., thence N.'55° 45'
W 110 ft. to'the place of beginning. Both of the ,above described plots are fully d'e's-

The changes called for by the above petition do not do away with any streets but pro-
rides ~hat ~,elsh ~venue be continued in a straight line to the intereseotion of Angus
~treet and that ~ngus Street continue in a straight line to the intersection of Ayrshire
Street.
