Gentlemen= Tn conneotlon with ~our Brazes County R. D. Es. 1 Bonds now outstendin6
t~ sum of $268,000, bearin8 5~ interest, said bonds dated April 10, 1915, all due April
10, 1955, we make you the following px~positton:

issue, into serial bonds, into such maturities as ere acceptab$s to the County end to be
approved by the State Road Board which maturities shall not extend beFond the ye~ 1958
