by the County Attorney's office during ~he year, placing s considerable amount of extra /
work in said office, together with other matters requiring additional help is needed, end
will be paid out of thefees of office earned by said County Attorney., and it will not
necessitate any direct outlay or expense on the tax payers of the County and that the salary
of Nine liundred Dollars per year is within the maximum permitted under the Statutes,
