10 votes for diminishing said tax and 10 votes against said dir~tnlshlng said tax by

, On motion made by Cuy Y. Boyett seeohded by Fred .~. Wehrman, it is ordered by
unanimous vote that the County, Arty be directed to give l~rs. Annie Dora Robert~on and
T.H. Holidy i~medlate .relief, if possible by due process of law by instituting suit ·
or necessary procebdure to open a way of egress and ingress. Upon investigation the
court found that Z:rs. Robertson and T. H. ~olidy h=ve been closed in by S. F. Holidy
nailing up the gaps and gates on tho route they had beem traveling foxed.the past 10 years
which route run on the Blahe and Le~ls lcacue line from [!rs. Robertson, s and T. H.
l~olidy, s place through S.F. Holidy,s place to the .~m Antonio ~oad; this being the most
lo~jlc~,l and most convenient route a road is thus laid out on this route being a strip

with House Bill No: 768 of the 41st Legislature, after due notlge for a public hearing

that In view of the fact that a probable collection of delinquent taxes will be made durt~
