Holidy i~medlate .relief, if possible by due process of law by instituting suit · or necessary procebdure to open a way of egress and ingress. Upon investigation the court found that Z:rs. Robertson and T. H. ~olidy h=ve been closed in by S. F. Holidy nailing up the gaps and gates on tho route they had beem traveling foxed.the past 10 years which route run on the Blahe and Le~ls lcacue line from [!rs. Robertson, s and T. H. l~olidy, s place through S.F.
