at the Court House in Bryan, Texas, a regular session of the Hen. Commissioners Cour~
of Brazes County, ~exas, Hon. A. S..MoSwain, Yudge Presiding with Com~esioners Guy F.
Boyett, y. W. Harris, Fre~ A. Wehrman and C. A. Buchanan of Precincts 1, ~, 3, and 4,
respectively presiding.
The following actions were taken by court
\ Motion made by C. A. BDchanan seconded by Y. W. Harris that the Com Court organize
on a board of Equlllzation ~o reseive Tax Assessors books and check same, a~d that all ,'
members take the oath required by law- Unanimously carried
After all members of the Court took the oath to sit as a board of equllizatinn
the Assessors records and assessments completed, were received
~t is ordered on motion made by C. A. Buchanan seconded by Fred A. Wehrman that Dan
Suber be placed on paupers list at $4.00 per mo~th begin May let, 1952, to be orawn by
