" W~.~d:EAS, It ia proposed to enter into a certain project agreement between the
'-State Highway Department of Texas and the County of Brazos for the construction of t~a~
certain road described therein, and known and designated as State Aid Project 1To. ~
Federal Aid Project 1,~o. 604-A U-II Located in Brazos County, Texas, at an approved '.~
'estimated cost of $74,144.69 of-~hloh $17,429.80 in State aid has,been set aside in the
Sta~e Treasury and $32,000.'00 in Federal aid set aside in the United States Treasury, ,'and
VU~..REAS, It is required that a satisfactory sho~ing of funds be made before an '

,5/.~U~HE~S, The said project agreement provides that the County funds approved and set
aside to the credit of said project shall be paid on monthly estimates as the ,..',
construction work progresses, in accordance with the plans and specifications approved
therefor; and

of said project in accordance with said .plans and specifications can be assured cad
guaranteed and there is made available, to be used exclusively for the purpose of cc.-

set aside therefor, it is estimated will provide sufficient funds for the completion of

aporoprlated and set aside, and will be placed in escrow in the
