Gentlemen: ! ' ~
For your proposed l:ssues of bonds as follows:
v $24~000.00, Brazes County Road Bonds, to bear interest at a rate of $% Hr annum, pay-
able semi-annually, in denominations of $1000 each, both principal and interest payable
at the Centmal Hanover Bank & Trust Co. of N.Y. City , N.Y., and to mature serially without
prior option of payment as follows:
$1000.00 due each of the years 193~ to 1935, inclusive,
~000.00 due each of the years 1937 to 194~
$000.00 due each of the years 1944 e_nd dated April 15th, 1930; and~,
$54,000.00, ~1~ proposed Brazes County Refunding Bonds, interest payable semi-annually at
some bank in New York, in denominations of 01000.00 e .ch, to be da~ed About ,Yuly l§th,
1930, and to ma~re serially without prior option of payment over a period of years from
one to forty, we hereby offer you the sum of par and accrued interest from date of bonds
to date of delivery, for the $24,000.00 issue, a~ for the refunding bon~ we offer
to take said bonds par for p~r for the outstanding bonds when such exchange is oonsumated.
In connection with the above offer we agree ~ prepare at our expense all necessary
legal orders which may be required to perfect the record for the refunding of the above'
mentioned $54~000 outstanding Brazes County Road District No. ~ or Compensation bonds~
and will furnish without cost to the County the prl~ed bonds.
We,further agree to p~pare ~lthout expense,to the County the proper legal notice
to the holders of the ~esent outstanding bonds which are to be refunded that said bon~
'will be c~led in for refunding, end' will give the required notice to such holders .;]~

We further agree to take up a~ pay for ~ch outstanding bonds as the same are ''~'''
assembled and to hake the exchange with the Comptroller for the refunding bonds ithout~-.~
cost to the County.
This offer is subject to these bonds being approved by the Attorney General of..~/~,

The Court agrees to meet at such tlm~ as are actually necessary a~ incident to ~ '"'
passlng, the proper orders in connection with the issuance of the refunding bonds herel4-/
