Texas, And whereas; the State Highway Commission has furnished to the Commissioners Court the plat and field notes for the rlght of way'for the new ~lght of way No. 6 between Bryan and the Robertson County line And'whereas this Court has made every effort to secure the rlght of way within the funds Zt has for said right of way by purchase and has been ~able to secure same, it is therefore'necessary to condemn the ~and for said right of way.'
