purchase one Pick-up Truck and to refund Preot. ~2 $40.95 each o~ truck bought by him.

That the commissioners Court ls authorized by purchase a~d condemnation on behalf of
the State Highway CommissiOn tO acquire'new right off way for State highways Nos° 6 and 21
through Brazes Co. Texas,
And whereas; the State Highway Commission has furnished to the Commissioners Court
the plat and field notes for the rlght of way'for the new ~lght of way No. 6 between
Bryan and the Robertson County line
And'whereas this Court has made every effort to secure the rlght of way within the
funds Zt has for said right of way by purchase and has been ~able to secure same,
it is therefore'necessary to condemn the ~and for said right of way.'
'It is therefore ordered by the Commissioners Court of Brazes County, Texas that this
Court pro0eed to the condemnation of the right of way of said State Highway No. 6 between
Bryan and the Robertson County line for and in behaZf of the State Highway Commission '
of Texas, and the County Attorney and such other legal assist~noe that he may require is
ordered to file condemnation proceedings against such land owners on said road as may
be necessary to acquire the right of way,
