Be it remembered that on the 9th day of December A.D. 1929, there was begun and holden at
the Court House in Bryan, Texas, a regular session of the Hon. Commissioners Court of Brazos
County, Texas, Hon. A. 8o lAo8wain, Co. Judge Presiding with Commissioners Guy F. Boyett,
Emmett Holland, Fred A. Wehrman and John M. Moore, of Precincts 1, 2, 3, & 4, respectively
presiding.
Motion made by Com. Boyett and duly seconded by Com. Wehrman to pay a bounty
for destruction of wolves in this County and if captured the Court will pay foZ each s9alp
In cooperation with cattlemen $1.00 for each $1.00 paid by them,-not to exeeed $25.00 on
e grown wolf, and $5.00 on a small pup wolf, and to authorize County Judge to appoint
a committee of two to further Investigate and organize a cooperation with the cattlemen for
the destruction of these animals. Motion carried.

we can not appropriate $3000.00 for a County Library at present time, But will defer the

taken from the funds of each preoinot and that all upkeep expenses of said equipment be

further provided that one each of the ton and half trucks and one eaoh of the 60 tractors

and 12 ft. graders be jointly operated in precincts 2 & 4 and 1 & 3 respectively the

expense of repairs to be shared equally by the contracting precincts but the operating

that the two ton tractor be operated jointly by the entire court the expense of such

takes the position that it has no jurisdiction over the control and upkeep of said vat -

and all partied wishing to dip'in this vat shall have to consult the owner, Mr. Vymola
