Texas, on Sept· 28th, 1929, for the purpose of authorizing this court to lsoue road bonds
and levy a tax in payment thereof and it appear, lng to the court that in said' order of
0etcher, 14th, 1929, same being entered in the manures of said court in Volume #Hw, page
.616 which ia here referred to~ that the levy of the tax in said order for the bonds of
Brazes County to be designated #B~AZ0~ O0UI~ ROAD BONDS SEIki'ES -A~ to pay the interest-
and sinking fund in said order on said bonds is not sufficient.
It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Con~nlssloners, Court of Brazes
County, Texas, that said order issuing said bonds be and the same is hereby amended to
read as followel
A. For the payment of the hereinbefore described $~-G?,000.00 bonds of series '~A# 28' '-
cents 6n each $100·00 valua~ion of taxable property be end is hereby levied on all taxable
property in Brazes County, Texas, for the year 1930 and for ench succeeding year while
sa~d bonds or any of them e~s out .standing to pay the interest on said bonds and the
principal thereof as the same becomes due and to provide a sinking fund for the payment
,thereof at their maturity and said tax shall be so assessed, levied,~nd collected each
year or so much thereof as tomy be necessary and so much more if any, as may be necessary
for said purpose and applied to the purpose name~.
It is further ordered by the court that the said order hhretofore passed and herein . '
referred to be and all thln~s ratifie4 aS written except as to the amendment herein set
