:Be it remembere~ that there was hela a Special Session of the Cousmissioners, Court of
Brazes County, Texas, at the Court in Bryan, Texas,. this the 3rd ~e~V of April; A.D.
at which session the members of said Court were present as follows, to-wit:

constituting a direct an~ general obligation of the entire county of Brazes County, d~to~
I;ovembsr 10th, 19~.5, ~eliverod to us at the Security Trus~ Company, of Austin Texas ~ to
mature in the year 1965 with option to take up all or any pm~t at any interest payin~
perio~ after
Said bon~s to be in the denomination of .~1,000.00 ~,~ to be,,r interest at the rate of
5% per annum an~ both semi-annual interest and principal payable at tho Cuaranty Trust CO
of I?ew York,
We will pay you par flat and a premium of $75.00 for the b~ds or par and interest
provided the oou.rt will purchase such portion of these bc~s for their Z'ePm~nent School
Fun& at par an~ interest and sell.us a like amount of ~efforson County Bonds at par
interest now owne~ by the 1-era.anent School Fund.
Prior to delivery of the bon~s to us we are to be f~rnished with a full an~ complete
set of properly certified transcripts establishing their legality an~ the sufficiency of
the t~x to pay bo~h interest a~d principal at maturity to the unquallfie~ satisfaction of
some reputable an~ ~lsintoreste~ bond attorney, an~ to furnish sal~ attorney with such .
certificates an& take such further action, if any, as such attorney m~y request. We
further a~ree to pay for the printin(~ of the bonds and for tho opinion 'of Bond A,ttorney
an~ to p~y for the bon~s upon approval by Attorney Ceneral.
We enclose herewith our Cashiers Cheo~ in the amount of $500.00 which is to be held '
unoashe~ as evidence of our good faith the proceeds of which we a~ree to forfeit a~ full
e~d l~quid~tin8 ~tama~es in the ~vent we break faith. 3ai~ cheek to be applied as part
payment for said bonds upon delivery of same. On the other han~ if 'the terms of this
