Now, therefore, I, H.0. Ferguson, in my official capacity as County Judge of Brazes
County, Texas, do hereby order that an election be hold on the 18th day of July, 1925,
at Flckey .qsh~ol in said F~okey Common School District No. ££, of this County, for the
purpose of determining the following proposition: Uhethor or not the local school tax
shall bo increased from ~wenty five cents on the $100 to Fifty Cents on the $100.Valuatim
Whether or not a ~aJority of tho lo~ally qualified property ta:cpayin& voter~ of that
diet:lot desire to tax themselves for the pub. pose of supple, menting the State School Fund
apportioned to said ~istriot and to determine whether or not tho commissioners court of
this c~nty shall be aAthorized to levy, assess and col~ot annually ~ tax of ami at the
rate of 50 cents on the $100 valuation of taxable property in said district for said
purpcse.
