thereof. Notice of ~his election shall be ~iven by publication in the Bryan Daily Fagle,
same being a newspaper p~bllshed in prazos County, Texas, said PUblication shall be for
four consecutive weeks before the date of said election, and i~ addition thereto there
shall be posted notice of said election at three public places in Brazos County, Texas,~
for three consecutive weeks prior to ~aid election, cna of which places shall be the
Court House door ~f said County. Said election shall be held at the reg~r election
boxes in Brazos County, Tex~s and the regularly ~ppointed election officers sh~ll presl~
and hold same and ~hey are authorized to select such Judges and clerks as may be needed to
hold same. Said election shall be held under law ~nd re~ulating lssusance of bond for the
construction amd maintenance of public roads as provided by ~evised ~atutes of Texas, 1911

and the further ocnstruo'tion, mainten~nce and opormtion of macadamized, gr&veled, or ~aved
~oads and turnpikes,and for the levy and collection of a tax to provide for interest and
