AT THE COLLEGE STATION CONFERENCE CENTER, ROOM 104, 1300 GEORGE BUSH DRIVE, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS. ALSO PRESENT WILL BE THE COLLEGE STATION CITY COUNCIL AND CERTAIN COLLEGE STATION STAFF. THE TOPIC OF THE MEETING WILL BE THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION'S PROPOSED TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 15. AFTER THE DISCUSSION, THERE WILL BE A TIME FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. The Conference Center is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. Providing Customer Service Excellence Office ojthe City Secretary College Station, Texas 3Z1 #0LR. 3° r~ ,1'\ COMMISSIONERS' COURT WORKSHOP SESSION MARCH 21, 2002 The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session at the College Station Conference Center Room 104, 1300 George Bush Drive in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2002, with the following members of the Court present: Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding; Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2; C. B. Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4; Karen McQueen, County Clerk. Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance. The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session with the College Station City Council to discuss the Proposed Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 15. The County Judge called the Commissioners Court meeting to order. College Station Mayor, Lynn McIlhaney called the City Council meeting to order with the Brazos County Commissioners Court.
