BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON
TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2001 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26T" STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN,
T EXAS.
THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING IS TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FROM MARTIN L.
RILEY, .IR. FOR A REVISION TO THE PLAT OF WITHERS SUBDIVISION, A
SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF RELIANCE CHURCH ROAD
AND OLD RELIANCE ROAD AND DULY RECORDED IN VOL. 2607, PAGE 187.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND SAID HEARING AND
PRESENT THEIR CAUSE, IF ANY, FOR OR AGAINST THE REVISION OF THE PLAT
OF WITHERS SUBDIVISION.

PUBLIC HEARING
MAY 22, 2001
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing to consider a request from Martin L. Riley, Jr.
The meeting was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2001, with the following members of
the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Absent;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Presiding;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to consider a
request from Martin L. Riley, Jr. for a revision to the plat
of Withers Subdivision, a subdivision located at the
intersection of Reliance Church Road and Old Reliance Road and
duly recorded in Vol. 2607, Page 187.
Commissioner Sims turned the floor over to Ray Crow who
presented a re-plat of Withers Subdivision.
Demetrios Basdekas asked if this was a re-plat of a re-
plat whereupon he was shown a copy of the plat. He then asked
if parcels of the subdivision had been sold that do not appear
on the plat.
There being no further comment, at 10:20 a.m.
Commissioner Sims declared the Public hearing closed.
